1. Information We Access or Process
Sprisk may access phone call state information using the Android READ_PHONE_STATE permission. This permission is used only to detect whether a phone call is idle, ringing, or active, so the app can start, stop, and manage its privacy monitoring features during a phone call.
Sprisk may also access audio route information, such as whether the speakerphone, earpiece, wired headset, or Bluetooth audio route is active. This information is used to determine whether the current call privacy state should be shown as SAFE or RISK.
Sprisk may process account information required for authentication, such as user identifiers, email addresses, or authentication tokens when users sign in.
Sprisk may process technical information required for app functionality, diagnostics, security, crash reporting, and service reliability.
2. Phone Call and Audio Privacy
Sprisk does not record phone calls.
Sprisk does not listen to, store, analyze, or transmit call audio.
Sprisk does not access the content of phone conversations.
Sprisk does not collect call history for advertising purposes.
Sprisk does not use READ_PHONE_STATE to collect IMEI, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or phone numbers for advertising purposes.
The READ_PHONE_STATE permission is used only for the core functionality of detecting active call state and managing Sprisk privacy monitoring.
3. Firebase and Cloud Services
Sprisk uses Firebase and Google Cloud services to provide authentication, backend functionality, crash reporting, diagnostics, remote state synchronization, and app reliability features.
These services may process technical information such as app instance information, authentication data, crash logs, diagnostic data, and backend communication data necessary to operate and improve the app.
4. WebRTC Communication
Sprisk uses WebRTC to exchange privacy state information between verified users.
The information exchanged through WebRTC may include SAFE or RISK privacy states and related technical signaling data needed to establish a connection.
Sprisk does not use WebRTC to transmit call audio.

Sprisk does not share user data for advertising purposes.
Sprisk may share or process data with service providers such as Firebase and Google Cloud only as necessary to provide authentication, backend services, diagnostics, crash reporting, security, and app functionality.
7. User Control
Users can revoke app permissions at any time from Android system settings.
If required permissions are revoked, some Sprisk features may stop working correctly.
Users may stop using the app or uninstall it at any time.
8. Data Security
Sprisk uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including authentication-based access controls and secure communication channels.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but Sprisk is designed to limit data access to what is necessary for its core privacy features.
9. Children
Sprisk is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use digital services without parental consent.
